AnswerEngine

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 22, 2026

1. Who we are

AnswerEngine is operated by Binary Flow Technologies DOO, a company registered in North Macedonia, at Hristo Batandziev, Skopje, North Macedonia ("we", "us"). When you use AnswerEngine you are entering into an agreement with Binary Flow Technologies DOO. Contact: Andrej Evtimov, andrej@binaryflow.co.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you use AnswerEngine for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Individuals must be of legal age in their country.

3. The service

AnswerEngine checks how AI assistants (such as ChatGPT and Gemini) and web search answer buyer questions about your business, and generates content and technical files (llms.txt, structured data, page sections, articles, author and comparison pages, listings text) intended to improve your visibility. A free scan is available; the Autopilot plan costs $49/month. We do not and cannot guarantee any ranking, mention or position in any AI assistant or search engine.

4. Your account

  • Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Only submit websites you own or are authorised to manage.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including:

  • using it for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam or deceptive practices;
  • infringing intellectual property or other rights of others;
  • introducing malware, probing or attacking our systems, or scraping the service;
  • reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service, or circumventing usage limits;
  • generating illegal content, hate speech, harassment, deepfakes or impersonation, false claims about competitors, or attempting to jailbreak or manipulate the AI models we use.

6. AI-generated content

  • Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You must review and verify all content before publishing it. Outputs are not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
  • You are responsible for the inputs you provide (including your website content) and for how you use outputs. You confirm you have the rights to the content you submit.
  • Between you and us, you own the content generated for your business, subject to these terms and any third-party rights. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the service, including publishing it on your public hub when enabled.
  • We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, or suspend accounts that breach these terms.
  • Rights-holders who believe content infringes their rights can write to andrej@binaryflow.co. We will review and remove infringing content, and repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

7. Our intellectual property

We retain all rights in the service, including the software, documentation, design and the AnswerEngine brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.

8. Availability

We work to keep AnswerEngine running well, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Third-party AI and search providers may change or limit their services at any time.

9. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, renewals and cancellations are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the billing button in your dashboard. See our Refund Policy.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. After termination, your hub is unpublished and your data is deleted within 30 days unless we must keep it by law; you can ask us for an export before then.

11. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

13. General

  • Force majeure: we are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Assignment: you may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • Changes: we may update these terms and will note the date above; continued use means you accept the changes.
  • Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, and the courts of Skopje have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country.
